Shipping

We ship worldwide. You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the time it is shipped. These emails are sent automatically,
if you don’t receive a notification please check your spam before contacting Last Sole. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed for factors beyond our control. Last Sole is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in transit by the courier services, post services or customs.

Return Policy

You can return any sneaker within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, as long as the item is unused and in mint condition. The sneakers must be returned in the original packaging. Items with a discount of20% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We do not exchange items or issue refunds based on the product photograph unless the image belongs to another item. Items marked Pre-Order are subject to special terms and conditions, please read here. All returns must be authorized by email prior to shipment. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.

North America returns
The cost of returning orders to North America are at responsibility of the customer. Shipped returns may incur fees and/or customs duties. Returned items must be declared as “Returned Goods” in the customs section of the return label, returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is traceable, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
