In our own factory in Vila de Cucujães, Portugal, where the Ferreira family has made shoes since 1941. Leather, suede, lining and rubber soles come from Portuguese suppliers. Every pair is made to order and finished by hand.

Yes. Each LASTSOLE pair is made exclusively to order, as a considered alternative to the fast fashion model. We produce only what is necessary, reducing waste while respecting materials, the environment and the level of quality expected by those who choose us. We do not hold stock, and production takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the model.

Total time is production (1 to 2 weeks) plus express transit. Once the parcel leaves our workshop, transit depends on the destination:

• United States and Canada: normally 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, so 2 to 3 weeks in total from the day you order.
• European Union: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• South Korea: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

You receive a tracking number about 24 hours before dispatch.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to the United States, Canada, Portugal, Spain, the rest of the European Union and South Korea. Express delivery is included in the price and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

No. Every LASTSOLE order is shipped with duties and taxes included, to the United States, Canada, the European Union, South Korea and Japan. The price you see at checkout is the final price; nothing is charged on delivery.

Orders to South Korea: Korean customs require a free Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC, 개인통관고유부호) for every parcel from abroad. If you do not have one, get it at unipass.customs.go.kr (opens in a new tab) and enter it at checkout. It is quick, simple and free.

LASTSOLE uses standard European sizing. Every product page has a size chart with the EU, US and UK equivalents and the inside length in centimetres for each size. Measure your foot from heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare it with the chart. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Our sneakers are lined in soft sheep leather and mould to the foot within the first wears.

Yes. You can return or exchange any unworn pair within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition. Email info@lastsole.com first to get a return authorisation, then ship the parcel within 3 days using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For returns from the United States and Canada, declare the parcel as "returned goods" on the customs form to avoid additional charges. Made-to-order production does not affect your right to return. Once your order has been placed, you might still be able to update your delivery address, but this will depend on the status of your order.
The team will check if modification is still possible:

• If the order has not been prepared for shipment yet, we will update the delivery address as you have requested.
• If the order is already being prepared for shipment: unfortunately, at this point, we will not be able to correct your delivery address. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the shipment starts, after which you can reach out to your local courier to provide the new address and arrange the delivery.

As soon as the parcel leaves our workshop, we send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can check the status of the shipment with the courier at any time. The shipping confirmation is only sent once the order has been produced and dispatched, which is normally 1 to 2 weeks after you order.

Korean customs require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC, 개인통관고유부호) for every parcel shipped from abroad. It is a 13-character code starting with P, it is free, and customs use it only to identify the recipient. Lastsole orders to South Korea carry no duties or import taxes.

If you already have a code, use it at checkout. If not, you can get one in about 3 minutes on the Korea Customs Service page: unipass.customs.go.kr. Please have it ready before you pay, as the checkout will ask for it.

Every product page for Korea has a button that opens the customs page (with a QR code on desktop), so you can get the code without leaving the store.
