Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We ship worldwide via standard and express delivery services.
You will receive a tracking number for your order 24 hours prior to dispatch. Our emails are sent automatically — if you do not receive a notification, kindly check your spam folder before contacting Last Sole.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Last Sole is not liable for delays and/or damages caused in transit by postal services, couriers or customs authorities.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and automatically adjusted according to the delivery location.
RETURNS
You may return any unworn footwear within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided the item remains in pristine condition. Once your return or exchange is authorised, the item(s) must be sent back within 3 days following the provided instructions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on the product’s photography unless the image clearly misrepresents the item (e.g., showing a different product).
All returns must be pre-authorised by email before being sent. Unauthorised returns may be refused upon delivery.
Returns from the USA and Canada
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items returned from North America may be subject to customs duties or fees. Returns must be clearly declared as “returned goods” on the customs form. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
All Other International Returns
Please use a national postal service. International returns may incur customs charges. Items must be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise” on the shipping label. Incomplete customs declarations may result in extra charges. Use a trackable service to ensure your return is received, as we are not liable for any damage or loss in transit.
